Pros

A true international experience and melting pot of cultures. An exclusive portfolio of luxury brands with real heritage. A well organised and modern multinational with status, "Classy". Good working conditions and compensation and benefits.

Cons

Overly political with rampant nepotism. The old executive is retiring and their direct reports are being forced out leaving a vacuum of experience and emotional intelligence. Many employees are overworked to exhaustion, and a younger generation is left disillusioned by changes.

Pros

Experience and exposure nothing else.

Cons

Various departments unable to synergize and lots of lifers with incorrigible attitude towards change. Career progression not based on merit but rather strategic association. No follow through on vision statement and run by autocratic control. Long working hours are mandatory with no work life balance.
