Cons

Overall there are very limited clientele and very few files to work on and learn. A lot of people are mediocre but arrogant because they hire incompetent people who didn't succeed at big 4. Partners are pretentious and narrow minded. The work environment is very depressing and brings more harm to your career compared to benefits.

Company culture is strong, teamwork is valued, and work-life balance exists in certain teams. People are very friendly and are always open to help.

Cons

Performance is important and work-life balance varies depending which team you are on. Benefits are OK, could be better.
