The people are excellent! Smart, kind and for the most part easy going Lots of flexibility to work from home Great place to learn

Cons

High employee turnover leads to unusually long-lasting busy seasons Managers could be difficult about billing (not billing enough, billing too much, etc.) Salary is less than competitive
