Pros
Good Money if you can sell and put up with some of the managers there.
Cons
-Terrible work environment -Harassment daily -7.25 and hour for sales Consultant -Pay Plan that you HAVE to work around the “claws” to make money and work for you. But don’t get caught. - Turnover - 65 hours a week. Last 3 days of the month 80. (Mandatory) - Under table deals between some managers and top sales consultant. - Rip customers and employees off. You must Track every penny, if not, they will get you. - Daily redundant meetings where they say the same thing. YOU PRETTY much suck. - Sales people have to end up selling there deals to other salespeople to make extra money. This is regarding the Chevrolet Duluth Location.
