Pros

Very flexible work schedule for people who have other ventures going on (i.e. school or a part time job).

Cons

Gets kind of tedious after doing the same thing over and over, but you have the freedom to get up and take mini breaks if you need it. Also, you work for a lot different stores, which is good for your end of month bonus but, you get paid minimum wage which can be a killer if your bonus isn't good.

Pros

Great work environment, wonderful customer treatment and experience, friendly co-workers, good managers

Cons

Pay plan.... base salary of minimum wage plus overtime, the overtime portion is treated like a draw and is taken back out of Sales commissions which are very low, and based solely on numbers of sales per month. $25.00 for first sale each month and goes up slightly for every additional unit. You have to sell about 8 cars to break even on the overtime owed back to company due to the very long hours required. It's a great work environment with good benefits if you can live on around $27,000 ( assuming you sell 7-10 cars per month) and don't mind working 6-7 days a week many of them 12 hour days.

Hendrick is a company that supports your success and is a great team atmosphere!!

Cons

We are required quite a few hours but overall is worth the reward!
