Depending on your territory you receive, you might have to do a lot of driving Incredibly competitive market You MUST have thick skin

The professionalism of the employees and the quality of the products and services that we deliver. Ricoh's Sales, Professional Services and Advanced Solutions Group consistently demonstrate a drive to excellence concerning customer delivery and service. It is a pleasure working with these teams.

Cons

There are issues with all organizations and Ricoh is no different. In saying that, Ricoh continues to strive for excellence and values the opinions of its employees to find improvement.
