IKON went downhill after being bought out by Ricoh Canada moving backwards in Culture and support

Pros

Some people I met in the company were great folks! They were constantly trying to create new technology for the customers and had some very competent and knowledgeable trainers to help learn the product

Cons

Management went backwards going from a cool going culture to being micro-managed and further drowned (didn't know that was possible!) in administrative paperwork. There were many levels of middle management, some that was duplicate and absolutely unnecessary. They got rid of the good people and kept others that were questionable. You had to be in the cliques to make it - then you'd make it even if you weren't competent.

- good base salary for first sales job -room to advance - lots of reward if sales goals are reached

Cons

lots of door to door sales management is under alot of pressure monthly people do not take you seriously you hear no alot not alot of expenses are paid for
