Pros

Company is dying so basically no one has work more than 3-4 hours per day. So can say work life balance not necessarily a great thing

Cons

Leaders are not knowledgeable enough. They don’t care about business but only passing time and getting promoted. In this day and age where everyone is suffering, leaders here are getting promoted. They will only promote people who they are friends with.
