Were does one start? I spent over twenty five years with this company and not much ever changed. Management made promises that they never kept. I stayed there because I was stupid and believed the lies or at least had hopes it'll would get better. Well it never did and only got worse!
Problems you ask? Management never listened to their frontline workers and it's now costing them as clients are leaving in record numbers.
The Oracle dispatch system they implemented has been a complete disaster from the get go. Sure it gives them the information they want ( they love their stats ) but it has cost them everything else in the process. Good employees, good customers, reputation etc etc.
All their surveys never led to meaningful change which tells me they never listened!
They expected you to take on bigger roles such as team leader for example, but refused to pay you a higher wage for those increased responsibilities. It was a stepping stone we were told. Lol
Their wage structure was a joke. You could make for example anywhere between 40 and 60k, but when confronted management about how you could reach the 60k, they had no answer. Again lies, you can't EVER!
Covid came and the jobs left. Again poor management and a total lack of how to move forward as a business led to laying off a quarter of their service staff.
One final thought, this company and its management are dysfunctional at best. They're so concerned about their employees well being that they laid me off while I was on vacation. Such a classy way to treat a longtime employee and then to make matters, I had to fight for a better severance package. Lol
