If you know Some Manager (your friend or relative) you don't need to be worried about anything and this is the best company for you or get ready for hard conversation with your manager regarding what you just finished and customer complained about it few days ago when his favorite employee was there for service. At most he'll say to your face, this is your responsibility now since you was there just now.
