We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with our review responses and disappointed to learn of your perspective on how employees are treated. With each review, we read them carefully and respond to each one individually. Also, our responses are reviewed by our Vice President of Human Resources. Respect for our team members is a critical aspect of our workplace culture. We do not tolerate any behaviour that is not consistent with our commitment to respecting all team members. As for your comments regarding how we handled the global pandemic, we prioritized the safety and well-being of all our employees to ensure a safe work environment, we made business decisions to adapt to the unprecedented times, did not make any decision lightly, and always tried to balance the burden we expected team members to take with the burden the organization could withstand.
