Pros

I worked in IT. Great Place to Work. Excellent Career Growth. Very flexible Hours. Family friendly environment. They Empower you to be able to make decisions. Excellent managment. The managers that I have worked with are great and very humble. Very appreciating for the work you do. Earth Friendly environment and great emphasis on going Green....I would recommend this company to any one.

Cons

You will be multitasking some of the roles but I would not complain that as the dowside but it gave me an opportunity to learn many things and which will be very useful for your career advancement in any area.

Pros

The company is a leader in the document managment industry and the brand name is associated with quality. Customers are already familiar with the product and are willing to hear you out. This type of position can lead to future opportunities in medical or pharmaceutical sales.

Cons

The management is ever changing and people do not stay long due to decreased incomes, or better opportunities elsewhere. There is a steep learning curve and commissions can take months to begin due to the long sales cycle.

Pros

The health benefits are fair, they were not what I expected being a global fortune 500 company though. However their technology and products are superior and cutting edge. Also Senior managament on a local level is very frugal and cost consceince.

Cons

They do not pay people what they are worth. Experienced sales people are paid the same as entry level which is $26,000 per year. With the mileage you are required to drive within your territory the math does not work in your favor even with the car allowance of $3000.00. Also local managements agenda is in consistent with the corporate directives.
