      Pros

      The company is very flexible.

      Cons

      Employees are running for the hills and we are not back filling the positions. Expect a minimal amount of paid holidays and an unreasonable vacation policy. Constantly more work to do and not enough employees to get the job done. Also, we are unwilling to allow enough or any overtime to complete projects on time.

      Pros

      Some of the people are really great to work with. Good insurance and benefits. The products are interested, and the Engineers are very talented.

      Cons

      Little to no work life balance, and everything is in a perpetual state of escalation in order to get anything done. (MAT leadership is crippling them.)

      Pros

      Location, employees, benefits, are all four star rating.

      Cons

      Top management does not support the staff. Management requires special skills with people. Our top management is lacking in this ares. Everyone recognizes the issue but it does not get addressed.
