      Pros

      My office was family oriented, we loved our job and we all worked very hard together to get the job done.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, we were bought by MAT and they closed my office. Upper management was always in Michigan and they were never looking out for their employees, only for themselves.

      Pros

      The employees that work here are great to work with and management is also friendly. The work is engaging and is a good mix between working physically with products and desk work.

      Cons

      Did not get any type of bonus, vacation and personal days are low, and the health insurance that was given to us is very expensive for those employees that are covering for families.

      Salary is good- incentive program- relaxed atmosphere- independent working- vacation pay- holiday pay- nice co workers- clean office space- business casual dress code

      Cons

      Lacks communication from management - you are not really recognized for your loyalty and dedication directly- upper management should show support for your family life not just work - this job is not everybody's life
