Pros

Depending on the group, the colleagues are very friendly and collaborative. Work-life balance is important, and flexible work schedules are common..

Cons

There are too many conflicts between individuals in upper management leading to disfunctional project teams. The drug candidates have potential, but there isn't much experience in-house to take the products to late stage development. There are more directors and VPs than most companies this size.
