Pros

You get some teaching experience and the kids are really sweet.

Cons

The sites are poorly managed and policies are very inconsistent between different sites, so it very difficult to know what is expected. The enrichment classes have really poor curriculum attached to them which makes engaging the kids a challenge as well as trying to teach something worthwhile. The central office makes frequent mistakes about where children are supposed to be so kids get taken to the wrong place resulting in misunderstandings at best and children being unsupervised at worst.
