      Mission of the work is noble

      Cons

      High Expectations but little or no investment in Markets or Employees. This company is in a downward spiral. You don't grow a business through cost cutting, you grow it by driving top line sales, product differentiation, and investment. Management act like they are reading from a Leadership 101 primer. ugh
