Communications is important and Right is learning how to improve across all lines of business. Career opportunities and development opportunities are being increased and Sr. management is developing new career paths for emerging talent every year.
Cons
To succeed, one must be willing to work very long hours, be passionate about the work, and be willing to go the extra mile in every interaction. Underperformers will not stay with the firm very long due to the very high standards of work and ethics required.
