      Great pay and flexibility

      Pros

      Flexbility - you can work from home, Hourly pay is great, Great communication within the company, Emphasis on truly supporting people during their career transition - not all about getting them out the door with basic information

      Cons

      All your work as a remote Career Management Consultant is over the internet and phone. You may never see any of your colleagues - only hear their voices and occasionally see them through a video conference. However, during your interview this is something the company lets you know about. Your work is limited to the number of people available - one week you might work 30 hours, the next you might only work 10.

      Pros

      Overall, Right is a good company, with great ideas and the means to bring them to fruition. Most offices have a friendly and upbeat environment.

      Cons

      Being a matrix organization, you run into a few people who are just "hiding out", because there is rarely any direct supervision within the offices. Silos tend to be an issue as well. We spend a lot of time managing around ego's in our area because it's career suicide to get on certain people's bad side. Walking on eggshells isn't condusive to a happy and productive work environment.

      Pros

      Caring professionals in career transition and talented consultants in talent management; great thought leadership in both career transition and talent management side of the business.

      Cons

      Major changes needed amongst traditional career transition salespeople who do not understand talent management sales - some will find the change too challenging - this will slow growth in this side of the business.
