      Pros

      I can say this about Right...I feel as though I found a great place to work and my boss could not be better even if he tried. With that being said I cannot say that about the rest of the organization because of my limited exposure.

      Cons

      Still difficult to navigate. Comapany is owned buy Manpower and it shows. Depending on the relationship of MP with our clients it may sway their opionion of Right. Still a great compnay to work at if you want to work and are really the type of person who wants to make a differance.

      Pros

      Excellent resources, strong local management, ability to 'manage our own practice' within company parameters. Awesome coworkers and colleagues.

      Cons

      My job fits my personal situation perfectly - im sure there are some downsides of working here, but I dont see them.
