      Pros

      The work done with candidates and clients is top notch. People who go through the transition services and the development processes are empowered and positive about their future. Leadership has given employees a new 'mission' and the pride most employees feel and express in working with Right Management comes from the great work we do.

      Cons

      There is a lot of pressure from our parent company to continuously lower costs / increase profits. This results in some decisions that make people uneasy / unhappy.
