      There are some fine people.

      Cons

      As many stated in other postings- too many chiefs and the culture is not one that enables you to provide upward feedback. Rather, you watch you back at all times.

      Pros

      Good initial training. Working with candidates is highly rewarding. Professional work environment.

      Cons

      Project/part time staff is not respected and treated in a dismissive manner. Non-responsive managers. No guidance for growth opportunities. Typical corporate tunnel vision when considering individual skills and talents. Remarkably inept at dealing with fellow human employees from a professed leader in human resources consulting.

      Pay is not worth it

      Pros

      Remote. Get to work your own hours so there's flexibility. Managers are great coaches.

      Cons

      Pay is very low, as Resume Coaches we don't get pay raises. I've had the same $/hr wage for 8 years! Same as all the other coaches. Addressed it with management many many times, but they don't do anything about it.
