Pay could be better for those that have more experience.

I was hired as a remote Senior Career Management Consultant for the West and completed the initial training, which primarily involved watching videos. Following the training, I took an assessment and was informed by my manager that I was being placed on hold due to two answers being incorrect, out of eighteen. When I requested feedback on the specific areas I had missed for my personal development, my access to everything was revoked, and I did not receive any further communication. Having spent my entire career in HR, I found this situation highly unusual, as it is standard practice to receive constructive feedback during training. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency and communication made this experience one of the most unprofessional and disappointing I have encountered.
