      Not sure of where I stood in the Company

      Pros

      I'm a low maintenance type. Tell me what needs to me done and my resources and budget and I'll always exceed expectations. My Director trusted my instincts and pretty much left me alone to do what needed to be accomplished.

      Cons

      After some seasoned people left the company, those left in charge of our region were unclear with their expectations, leading to poor morale with unrealistic client loads. Management led us to believe that they were looking for "younger" consultants. Hard to swallow when you're 38.

      Pros

      My colleagues were collaborative and great to work with.

      Cons

      During my time at Right, I had 4 bosses and went through 3 restructurings. 1 of my bosses continuously harassed me and the other was a sociopathic liar. The company has no credibility, management has no idea how to service clients and the company has no vision, values or any credible solutions.
