      Pros

      As is probably true of most human capital consulting firms, there are some smart people who really love helping others achieve their potential, and are great colleagues.

      Cons

      Since bought out by Manpower some years ago, company has gone from ok to bad to loathsome. No investment in acquiring or developing talent (ironically!), no investment in research, no respect for or appreciation of employees outside of Manpower HQ.

      Pros

      Consistent flow of new candidates to help. Great group of people to work with. Very supportive of each other and focused on the candidates and what was best for them. Interaction with the candidates was very gratifying. Watching them go from stunned at losing their position, to being excited about the future was very fulfilling as their counselor. Especially when they were hired to another position.

      Cons

      Since purchased by Manpower, RIght Mgmt has a much more corporate feel. It used to be more like a family run environment. Too much is being done by computer instead of one on one. Work and therefore pay was too inconsistent. Only 2 offices in So Cal- El Segundo and Newport beach.
