      Pros

      Position was telecommuting. Good starting pay for online job. Benefits offered. No hassle about taking vacation/sick time. Updated with new processes and training often. Constant communication.

      Cons

      Unaware of other positions involved in the resume process. Later found out that resumes I format are passed onto a Senior formatter who gives me feedback on my work. Based on your Senior formatter, feedback was inconsistent and hurt chances of receiving a bonus. Worked 2 years and received no raise; email stated it was due to slow growth.

      Great Colleagues - quality of the professionals that work here are unmatched

      Cons

      Seems like a lot of spinning at the top and time spent with corporate-level highfalutin projects where the company was built on grass-level input and high quality consultants and customer-facing professionals. Voices from the top are the only ones heard or cared about- which erodes morale, energy and freshness. Upon hearing that employees want more communications they have forums to 'listen' but it is just a lecture forum or will listen, but go right back into grand thinking ignoring other voices. Have not seen a fundamental shift in upper management's attitude - 'i am right, you are wrong'
