Pros

1. Part of a big org set up so you get timely pay and detailed HR policies. 2. Helpful team mates 3. Hard work is appreciated

Cons

It is tough to create an exhaustive list but i will try. In terms of work, there is an infinite amount of redundant tasks and very few interesting opportunities. The quality of work expected is like Schrodinger's cat, present and absent at the same time. Deadlines are mostly improbable and mistakes lead to embarrassment and shame. Micro management is the norm here. In terms of culture, the teammates are supportive and helpful. Managers and other seniors are superficial. There are constant reprimands by seniors on silly things leading to floor wide tear feast. Be ready for it, happens at least once a week. You will be expected to work 24*7 and they will make sure that you do. Leaving on time from the office is considered a crime and asking for leaves feels like asking for parole. Honesty, empathy and ethics do not matter as long as your manager is happy with you. To survive you have to be thick skinned and experienced in corporate politics. And to grow you have to be mule.

Pros

90% freshers & like minded people. you don't need to show results if you have good tuning with your manager you can easily work from home without process or approvals . without your consent they will put you in different projects with remote teams there is no time-in/time-out for leadership team once can easily escape anytime referring a client meeting once can easily learn politics in this environment on day 1 they will welcome you with all the love and affection, on day 2 they will start teaching you how to walk and how to speak

Cons

they don't hire from elite colleges because they fear to be questioned no collaboration between the leadership team Leadership team is fighting among themselves for numbers When your manager cracks a joke, you have to laugh otherwise your reverse counting starts Lack of vision and true leadership, the country manager is promoted on an interim basis due to lack of funds Ethics and behavioral issues with every SLT One SLT have 10 out of 15 reporters from his school & college. Promotions only on the basis of favoritism Just 1 day notice and you are out Elite Morons
