Pros

I have heard and had experiences of management really going above and beyond to treat employees more like they work at a mom and pop business. Not everyone will fit in at RSI, but there are a lot of employees that have spent the majority of their career there.

Cons

Health benefits are partially paid, really should be full benefits.

Pros

The quality of my work life is immeasurable to me. RSi management and employees have made this a truly enjoyable place to work and live. I feel very fortunate I have been able to work in such an environment for the past 20 years.

Cons

Nothing outside of the normal challenges working for a Mid to small Company.

RSI has always been an easygoing company that works hard and hires smart people. There aren't many companies as solid as this one and I enjoy my time here.

Cons

None. Some could say... whelming... pay, but that's on you.
