Pros

RSI is willing and able to assist it's employees with career advancement in different areas of our business model. This is a plus plus for many that come in with little to NO skills in the IT industry. Many of the employees today have been with RSI between 5-20 years showing the stability of the company.

Cons

Would like to see more adaption to linking our applications as a whole through the sales, purchasing and backend accounting systems, but we have come a long way in the 10 years I have been here.

RSI hires quality people. They have a very talented pool of folks who all love their jobs and love the company. They are flexible with your schedule and understand family needs before job needs.
