RSI hires quality people. They have a very talented pool of folks who all love their jobs and love the company. They are flexible with your schedule and understand family needs before job needs.

Great People, Great Atmosphere. Everyone is always willing to help or give advice when needed. The company and management want to help an employee succeed and grow with the company.

Cons

There are occasions when we are understaffed but everyone pulls the extra weight to help get things done.
