Great company, wonderful culture, niche product!
Pros
First of all, for the niche market that Rightsline serves, there aren't many other companies that have accomplished what Rightsline has done. The organization has done a great job at hiring and the culture is great. I truly enjoy working everyday (even during the stressful times). Work from anywhere company policy. Work hard, make your presence known and you can work from anywhere that you are happiest. I really like that I can approach any of the execs for a chat at any given time. Truly a great group.
Cons
As others have said, fast paced, if can be difficult to keep up (this may be a con for some, if so, might not be the right company for you). The organization has a global presence, working with other timezones can sometimes be challenging.
