      The staff is knowledgeable and experienced. They typically promote from within and train employees. Hires wonderful contractors who fill in the realm of experience needed. Doors open for anyone who desires advancement and is willing to work with staff on nights, weekends, holidays, and/or days off.

      Cons

      Culturally dominated field - engineering.
