Pros

Decent wages and benefits.

Cons

Having to work and live in an isolated northern town in Labrador. Company uses the word safety, but is not a priority. Production is their priority.

Pros

Very professional environment with a dedication to succeeding in a responsible manner. The company's performance through the recent supply glut speaks for itself.

Cons

Cyclical imbalances of work life balance. Periods of long hours occur near tight deadlines. Structure of organization does serve as a barrier between levels of management.
