      Pros

      Fairly flexible in terms of work/life balance for the consulting industry. Many colleagues are friendly and highly motivated to perform. Overall, a positive work environment.

      Cons

      Scarce resource of support for onboarding newly hired employees. Additionally, they target career switchers due to having relatively less competitive salaries for the consulting industry. Unfortunately, due to this combination, they have a high employee turnover rate (>30%).

      Leadership at this company is made up of snakes. All talk and no walk. Poor transparency, unethical practices, etc.
