Limited Onboarding Support for Targeting Career Switchers

Fairly flexible in terms of work/life balance for the consulting industry. Many colleagues are friendly and highly motivated to perform. Overall, a positive work environment.

Cons

Scarce resource of support for onboarding newly hired employees. Additionally, they target career switchers due to having relatively less competitive salaries for the consulting industry. Unfortunately, due to this combination, they have a high employee turnover rate (>30%).

Pros

Great co-workers–some really friendly and bright people work here. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Lack of transparency from leadership–which makes it difficult to trust them. Training is nonexistent. As mentioned by an earlier review, little to no opportunities for advancement. Poor communication when it comes to performance. Not much diversity in project selection.

The benefits used to be good. However, they are in process of undoing that.

Cons

If you don't want to be on a sinking ship, please don't join this mess. HR is completely a joke here. There is alot of focus on appearing to do right by employees, rather than actually doing so. In line with the rest of the comments here, favoritism will determine your ability to retain your job above anything else with senior leadership.
