Pros

- Benefits are fantastic & can be enough of a reason to stay in a volatile industry. - Some coworkers are wonderful.

Cons

- Racism - Sexism - Transphobia - Victims of racism, sexism, &/or transphobia repeatedly told to deal with the issues themselves rather than have management intervene. - Feedback culture turns into bullying & it's impossible to stop the bullying without being told you don't meet Riot's cultural values. - Being blamed for something you didn't do, especially if a victim of the above, will send you out the door. - Poor communication
