Pros

An empowering company, that has solid core values that are lived every day in every decision (to understand more look at the companies mission statement). The culture at Riot is not just talked about but it is expressed in the actions and words of all Rioters. All Rioters are seen as leaders, and level is not a excuse to stop people leading. Rioters at all levels lead initiatives every day, it is the role of management to support them throughout the initiative.

Cons

Riot has the same general issues of most companies however these are never reason to not get things done. The thing with the "cons" in Riot as we all come across them is that we can in line with the pro's I've mentioned, in the vast majority of cases I can to something to change these. I'm not avoiding the question but its more that I am not hampered by the obstacles I come across. Riot is not perfect, and mistakes and issues crop up all the time, what I like is the attitude that all Riot takes in dealing with them.

Pros

This is a great place to work. Rioters are truly given the autonomy and tools to craft their career and level up the experience for players. It is a company that values your input and creates an open feedback culture where your views really do matter. You are responsible for your own work flow and career development and if you take the opportunity to shine then you will succeed. Riot is a very collaborative workplace where you will work across many functions and teams with the purpose of creating value for the players. You will be working with a bunch of smart and passionate people and this creates a very good atmosphere,

Cons

Very few. Your success at Riot is determined by how hard you work.

A great place to work

Pros

Extremely demanding and challenging environment, paying off in tons of satisfaction every day. Riot Games is not really a standard working place: it's more like a style of life, where love what you are doing and you get rewarded for that. What I really liked about working there is the passion in people, their professionalism, and ability to grow in many, many directions.

Cons

The company slowed down in the recent months/last year - it's probably because of its size, however it's not as lean as it used to be. Some features could be delivered much faster, however they land in the never ending coma state, where they are waiting for all regions to be ready or are reworked so many times that they are not relevant anymore.
