Pros

Culture, playing games, unlimited PTO, people you work with are all driven and smart, benefits (health insurance, fitness stipend, gaming stipend), summer and winter break

Cons

Need to consistently provide value to be valued, unlimited PTO - while great can lead to people not taking PTO and won't get paid out for accrued PTO when leave, ambiguity can be difficult for some people to navigate, previous CEO and culture did not have accountability to cost

Pros

Riot Games takes incredibly good care of its employees, providing a wealth of resources and amazing benefits for its staff.

Cons

Riot Games is a story of two different orgs One modernizing org that develops people, has processes in place to manage career progress, and is based on merit And another part that runs through favoritism, lack of transparency, and relationship-based exclusivity where growth & performance depends on how well someone is liked.
