Pros

- High Industry Pay - Good Benefits - Ability to lane swap (although this is rare now)

Cons

- Focus on monetization and away from players, heavily prioritizing gatcha and revenue, not quality. - Lack of care for long term employees - Lack of transparency for company state and project state - Expect to work extra hours, but don't mention it.

Pros

Learn a lot from working on multi disciplinary teams. Great organization for a company, all the free coffee and food you need.

Cons

You might get laid off. They didn't male the best decisions on what games to invest in and it has taken its toll on the studio. They also think it’s more important to build new offices with private restaurants in them then to keep their existing teams intact.
