      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to learn how a company grows, take ownership, and translate work into results; room to grow in your career quickly; pay is pretty good; good exposure to former founders if you're looking to do that in the future

      Cons

      Unrealistic deadlines cause quality to take a backseat in lieu of shipping fast; some people have a pessimistic attitude and think the company is toxic (sentiment spreads); the bureaucracy and politics of a fast-growing company is annoying; managers will take credit for things, micromanage, and don't know how to push back on execs or manage-up; this could be solved by learning how to manage-up yourself.

      - Pace/Change Management (Move Quickly/Constant Change) - Time Management/ Work-Life Balance- busy workload can feel very reactive and sense of whiplash moving from tasks/responsibilities based on what is deemed latest priority. Rippling challenges you to work hard to achieve very ambitious goals & have to be down with this up-front to succeed here. Often here, this is "not the easiest place to get a paycheck" - and its true, but its rewarding to work on a company that is growing at this rate and having so much success from a business perpsective - Monthly sales quota is tough repetitive motion with deal cycles getting longer while ACV increasing

      Pros

      The enablement team has been incredible here at Rippling. I was provided a learning path with WoW instructions on where I should and by when. In addition to process/product enablement, coming into Rippling as a Senior Manager I was provided a management training course to ensure that all leaders operate similarly. It was extremely helpful. The product speaks for itself, and the team around me is super supportive and brilliant. I am very excited to learn from everyone!

      Cons

      The office in NYC is absolutely stunning but feel slightly silo'd to my corner and team and unable to engage with cross functional partners as much in the office because of the segmentation.
