Rippling is very thoughtful of who they hire into the org - some of the most incredible colleagues I've ever worked with. The impact a TAM makes for Admin experience is incredible to see and experience. There is so much to learn and grow in Rippling!

Cons

Rippling moves at incredibly fast speeds, sometimes overwhelming. Pay could be higher when going into the office to incentivize employees.

- innovative technology that is fast evolving - efficiently led company - modern processes and tech stack - world class marketing team - solid base pay - decent transparency from executive leadership team.

Cons

- extremely poor medical benefits. ($300/ month for a $6,000 deductible plan for employee only). - no 401k match - ruthless, heartless executive team who strike fear in the org. Managers and employees are constantly fearful of saying or doing the wrong thing. - they fire people without just cause across all departments. - no culture. - compensation plans are weak compared to industry standards. - very few sales people are eligible to earn equity. - prevalent product gaps in the upper mid-market space. - they don’t take feedback from their employees.
