      - The people at Rippling are A+ (hence the insane growth and success of the business). Driven, best-in-class and collaborative, which I have learned a lot from - There are meaningful growth opportunities. They frequently promote internally - Best-in-class management. Get to see what "amazing" looks like with a transparent management team that is willing to get their hands dirty

      Don't work here if you don't want to: - Learn a lot super quickly (sometimes it can be painful) - Work for a startup that is actually doing well in today's economy and where the bar for success is high
