      The vision is STRONG, the leaders are sharp, and when you push through what can feel like walls, you come out on the other side with a great product and happy customers.

      Cons

      Rippling is not a place to come and chill. Expectations are high, you will be asked to push the limits of possible, and figure it out. It can feel at times like there are 50 irons in the fire.
