Pros
- super smart and committed employees. Almost no politicking. A bunch of really collaborative and hard working folks. - hypergrowth and all of the craziness that comes along with it. Never a dull day on the rocketship. - high performing, highly professional sales organization. Great to be part of a team where so many people are hitting sales targets despite the tough economic climate - the product. Always nice when you have strong conviction that it's far and away best in class and a huge win for customers
Cons
hypergrowth means that things change frequently, and this can sometimes cause thrash for some folks. Work is also typically more demanding than at other 'kick your feet up' SaaS companies out there.
