Pros

Salary and commision, benefits so so, below industry benchmark

Cons

Lots of miscommunication and mismanagement. Leadership says one thing and management another, no clear view of what is expected from you. Poor junior management hides behind leadership to make decision and convey messaging. Lack of work and life balance, lots of pressure and management sabotages people in their own teams on purpose. Constantly changing targets and messaging, this makes it hard to communicate a consistent, professional philosophy to potential customers. Lack of documentation, customer stories in market. No professional development, it is more a finger pointing atmosphere and no openness for feedback.

Pros

They pay on the correct date, and that's it. Salary is okay (not so over the top as some people say).

Cons

Benefits - terrible. Just the statutory minimum. No clear bonus practices or salary increases. Leadership - is there a leadership in this company? They hold the title and that is it. When they are not being toxic they just don't know what they are doing. There is a lack of support from leadership, likely stemming from a similar lack of support at higher levels. This has created an environment where employees, despite being kind and capable, feel overwhelmed and unguided. The company appears to prioritize the financial interests of top-level executives. New processes are implemented without clear benefits, client acquisition exceeds implementation capacity, and new product launches are sudden and unannounced. Recognition - non-existing word in the company's vocabulary (unless you are friends with someone who probably referred you to work here and that's why you are in a "leadership" role) HR Internal Processes - Is there one? No internal comms, no performance process (there is one but it is shaddy), no engagement...Working here is extremely stressful, impacting the quality of life to the extent that many employees burn out. All Hands is a stage for the CEO to share results/numbers (that one can question as the objectives are not clear). There is a noticeable absence of training and proper documentation for employees in the E-series company.
