      Pros

      Everyday is a different challenge. You get to work with Exec/Senior leadership on variety of things, which is a great learning curve, not very common these days with many startups (definitely not an option with public companies)

      Cons

      Meeting expectations at the average company is not like meeting expectations at Rippling. This means you need to run hard with other hard and smart working Ripplers.
