      1. learning as much as possible as fast as possible 2. true ownership culture - you can build/fix/deliver anything you can meaningfully pitch + drive alignment on 3. incredible transparency - i feel valued and included

      Cons

      Nothing here that you won't see at any other companies 1. high expectations for output and delivery 2. not a big celebrations culture - dont expect positive feedback for every thing you ship 3. there is always work, non-stop

      Pros

      + Company: Very bullish on the financial outlook, which is a testament to the experienced C-suite team and execution day-to-day. + Career: You are constantly being pushed to learn and adapt as the company grows. It is the best place to acquire new skills and refine them. I expect this to catapult my own career trajectory. + Network: We attract bright and hardworking colleagues. Some of the smartest and most humble people i have ever worked with - many of whom i am sure i will stay in touch with well beyond my years at Rippling.

      Cons

      - Reality Check: None of the pros above will be handed to you, they do not come easy. Working here is like having a personal trainer for your career - sometimes you hate your trainer, but you made the choice and the benefits are worth it

      Pros

      You can achieve disproportionate impact due to the growth stage. Great hiring bar. Just look at the linkedin profiles of our current and past employees. Great india story: india dev center is as old as Rippling, lot of ownership and strong charters in India.

      Cons

      The complexity is in the business domain and less in the core engineering / large scale eng. Its in the scaleup mode. So the old patterns of operation is actually making us slower. Very sparse PMs.
