Pros

None whatsoever that I can think of

Cons

1. Organizational Disarray: There seems to be a lack of structure and organization within the company. This includes insufficient training and inadequate documentation processes. 2. Top-Heavy Focus: The company appears to prioritize the interests of higher-level executives, often at the expense of broader employee needs. This is evidenced by the introduction of ineffective processes and the over-extension of client commitments. 3. Inadequate Leadership Support: Leadership support is lacking, which trickles down through the organizational hierarchy, leaving employees feeling unsupported and overburdened. 4. Workplace Stress: The work environment is described as extremely stressful, to the extent that it negatively impacts employees’ physical and mental health. 5. Management Concerns: The simultaneous departure of multiple managers is a red flag, indicating deeper issues within the company.

Pros

I believe this company is great for growth. I was able to get promoted within 10 months and currently in track to get promoted again in 10 more months. They definitely want you to grow and become successful and want to grow within the company rather than hire outside, how do I know? Different departments post their jobs within our channels before being posted online for a month or two because they want internal growth. Salary is also another great thing, I have been seeing around the average salary for other companies in my level and I am getting paid a bit above average.

Cons

The cons (for majority of people but not me) is that the software changes a lot. I personally like change but the majority doesn’t.

Pros

Much like other tech start-ups/scale-ups, Rippling moves extremely fast. I spent the majority of my career in similar companies so I knew what I was signing up for, so I understand some of the other reviews that point out how bad the work life balance and culture is. From my experience, you really get out of work what you put into it. If you have experience working at fast-paced start ups, then you'll thrive and enjoy it here. When I was greener in my career, I didn't know how to prioritize properly so I was constantly overwhelmed and burnt out. Now that I have the proper skills, working at Rippling is invigorating.

Cons

Again like other tech start ups that move fast, there are constantly updates being made to the product, a lot of which isn't communicated very effectively internally and we're often finding out about new things from our customers which isn't great. It's not a problem unique to Rippling though, it's par for the course. If you want to jet set your career and learn a TON in a short amount of time, then this will be a great place for you. If you're looking for something you can just clock in/out of, you might want to consider working at a larger Fortune 100 company.
