      Fully remote position, managers are helpful.

      DOES NOT PAY FINAL SALES COMMISSIONS regardless of state laws. Aggressive sales tactics driven by marketing. No path for advancement within the company even for top performers.

      New company policies have really brought down morale. It's clear people are not a priority. Whether the policy impacts you or not, it's felt across your team(s). It has become clear that employees in SF are top priority and everyone else is lesser (including those in the bay area).
