Pros

Rippling is growing fast right now, which means there are a lot of opportunities to move up and get involved in various projects that will likely have a big impact on the future of the company/HR software industry. Everyone in the company is always very willing to help, and everyone really wants to see the company succeed. Upper management is typically very transparent, willing to listen to feedback, and willing to go to bat for employees and work to make work/life balance and employee happiness a priority. Lots of great benefits, team events, and focus on career development.

Cons

There's a lot to be done! This is a good problem to have and a common thing to see with startups... There's a lot to do and the company is definitely still figuring out how to grow effectively. Never a dull moment and there are always projects and other things to get involved in, which makes for an exciting day-to-day agenda and lots of opportunity to see your impact on things, but also means that the days can be busy. Especially in Support, time management is key.

Pros

-STRONG work environment. Every team/leader is accessible and willing to answer any and all questions you might have, included executives. -No BS environment. When there's feedback to be given, it'll be given in a direct, yet fair way. There's always a clear path as to where you're at, where you can go, and the sky truly is the limit here. -Company culture is unparalleled. Every company I've been at has touted it's culture during my initial interviews, however Rippling is the only business I've worked at that actually lives what they speak. I don't think I've ever had as much fun or been as involved with the members of my team elsewhere. -Transparency is CONSTANT at Rippling. There's no hiding between words or actions here. If you bring feedback anywhere, it's openly encourages and change is visible and swift.

Cons

-HR & Payroll is a tough industry to learn. There's a steep learning curve if you're not familiar, however more investments in training is in the process. -Benefits aren't the most competitive you'll find, but it's still better than most. As the company grows I have no doubts this will improve.

Pros

- Great product, best among competitors - Good Leadership - Future of company looking very strong

Cons

- Benefits not the best, expensive - Work life balance hard to manage, management conflicting messages on working harder/more in respect to company values but striving for work life balance. Doesn't always workout. Delicate line to walk when company is still considered a "start-up"
